Reservations:
Your services are personally reserved for you. Please be prompt for your appointment. Our schedules are designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your service.

Cancellation Policy:
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice for spa packages and 24 hours notice for all other appointments. Reservations cancelled without appropriate notice may be due in full for package or party groups. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of our services for you as well as others.

Booking groups (2 or more people and/or services), packages and multiple services: We require a credit card or a gift certificate hold when scheduling these appointments. No shows and late cancellation are subject to cancellation fees. 

Children and Young Adults:
Salon guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. For their safety, children under 12 years of age must wait with parents and are not to be left alone.

PACKAGE PRICING AND VALUE ADDED SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO BE UTILIZED ON SAME DAY. PACKAGES CAN NOT BE SPLIT UP OVER DIFFERENT VISITS OR SHARED. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO APPLY THE VALUE OF THE GIFTCARD TO ALA CART SERVICES AT ALA CART PRICING.
